Anderson County Residential Living Center, part of the Saint Luke’s Health System, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Resource Nurse (RN) to join our team in a full-time leadership role. This unique position blends clinical leadership with hands-on nursing, allowing you to directly impact patient care while guiding and supporting our care team.

*Shift: Full Time Days, M-F
Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and clinical oversight for daily nursing operations
Support and mentor nursing staff to ensure high-quality, consistent care
Serve as a resource for clinical best practices and troubleshooting
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident outcomes
Actively engage in patient care, jumping in where needed to support the team
Assists the manager in planning, organizing, directing and coordinating the day-to-day operation of the patient care unit. Serves as a positive professional role model, exhibiting clinical leadership and decision-making skills. Acts as a resource for maintaining departmental records, scheduling, staff development and other special projects. Submission of MDS and care plan management. Assists with direct patient care when there is a shift need.

Qualifications:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Kansas
2+ years of RN experience, long-term or residential care preferred
Demonstrated leadership skills and team-first mindset
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and mentoring abilities
