What You’ll Do:
•\tSupport the delivery of recruitment objectives, business growth and randomization targets by taking responsibility for recruitment, engagement
and retention of patients at the sites.
•\tBuild a strong network with non-medical partners (Patients advocacy groups, sport groups, social clubs, schools, retirement houses) to strengthen the
awareness of clinical trials.
•\tLocate, schedule and attend various community wide events that allows face-to-face interaction to obtain opt-in database leads.
•\tCultivate and maintain respectable relations with the community and promote clinical trials attend community events.
•\tMaintain knowledge of current enrolling studies, timelines for the studies and
protocol requirements.
•\tEnsure an increase in the database and actively contributes to initiatives and strategies to enroll potential participants onto the database.
•\tDistribute flyers, posters and other advertising material as appropriate to increase awareness of clinical trials.
•\tEnsure technology is utilized to fullest extent in recruitment strategies to secure on-time Enrollment.
•\tManage projects and act as point of contact for various internal clients.

Education and Experience:
•\tBachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
•\tPrevious experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 2+ years).

In some cases, an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.

Working Conditions and Environment:
•\tWork is performed in an office environment with exposure to electrical office equipment.
•\tOccasional drives to site locations with occasional travel both domestic and international.

Physical Requirements:
•\tFrequently stationary for 6-8 hours per day.
•\tRepetitive hand movement of both hands with the ability to make fast, simple, repeated movements of the fingers, hands, and wrists.
•\tFrequent mobility required.
•\tOccasional crouching, stooping, bending and twisting of upper body and neck.
•\tLight to moderate lifting and carrying (or otherwise moves) objects including luggage and laptop computer with a maximum lift of 15-20 lbs.
•\tAbility to access and use a variety of computer software developed both in-house and off-the-shelf.
•\tAbility to communicate information and ideas so others will understand; with the ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.
•\tAccelerated Enrollment Solutions is a business unit of Pharmaceutical Product Development, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“PPD”), collectively made up of Acurian, Inc. and Synexus, each a subsidiary of PPD.
•\tFrequently interacts with others to obtain or relate information to diverse groups.
•\tWorks independently with little guidance or reliance on oral or written instructions and plans work schedules to meet goals. Requires multiple periods of intense concentration.
