The fellow will also work within the Department of Endocrinology at Children's Hospital Colorado. This position is funded by a NIH T32 Institutional National Research Award. The fellow will receive systematic training in the specialized knowledge and skills related to the management of pediatric diabetes. The fellow will receive four core training experiences: research, clinical care, research program development, and teaching and consultation. The primary mentors for this position are licensed clinical psychologists with active research programs in pediatric type 1 and type 2 diabetes. Fellows will have the opportunity to receive additional mentorship via team collaborations.
