Clinical Research Nurse Director

The Clinical Research Nurse Director will be responsible for managing all aspects of clinical research operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and

delivering high-quality patient care. This role involves collaboration with the CEO, Principal Investigators, and Sub-Investigators, and includes the supervision of one Clinical Research Nurse (CRN) to start.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Oversight – Screen and prepare patients, assist physicians,manage medications, and ensure patient safety during study procedures

Study Management– Maintain study documentation, drug accountability, and oversee monitoring visits

Administrative Duties – Develop SOPs, manage contracts, prepare regulatory submissions, and support audits

Coordination – Liaise with pharmaceutical sponsors, service providers,and referring physicians

Personnel Management –Supervise and support research staff

Financial Oversight – Monitor payments, manage invoicing, and ensure financial accuracy

Qualifications

Registered Nurse (Georgia license required)

Minimum 5 years of clinical research experience

At least 3 years in a site management or director-level role in a research setting

Clinical research management and coordination

Regulatory compliance,including FDA submissions, GCP, SOP, and IRB

Phlebotomy and infusion skills

Experience in managing budgets and contracts

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $115000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
