What You’ll Do:

Champion subject safety and data integrity in accordance with GCP standards. Provide mentorship and guidance to clinical staff, fostering a culture of excellence. Perform clinical procedures including blood sampling, ECGs, spirometry, and dosing. Ensure high-quality source data and support audit readiness through regular inspections. Lead shifts and study days, ensuring smooth operations and protocol compliance. Collaborate across departments to support screening, data entry, and project delivery. Contribute to SOP development and continuous process improvement.

What You’ll Bring:

RGN or equivalent nursing qualification. Immediate Life Support (ILS) certification. Experience in clinical research or a comparable healthcare setting. A proactive mindset and commitment to working safely and responsibly.
