Job Title: Clinical Research Coordinator Location: Mission Valley- San Diego, California Type: Direct Hire with client Full Time, 40 Hours a Week Contractor Work Model: 100% Onsite Therapeutic Areas: Pulmonology, Dermatology, Endocrinology, Pediatrics Compensation: $70,000 annual Role Summary Independently manage assigned studies at the Mission Valley site with Research Assistant support. This is a hands-on role with a strong emphasis on participant recruitment, visit execution, documentation quality, and GCP compliance. Key Responsibilities + Own day-to-day study coordination from startup through close out + Lead patient recruitment, prescreening, and scheduling + Conduct/coordinate study visits, informed consent, and delegated procedures (vitals, ECGs; phlebotomy preferred, including pediatric) + Maintain source documentation, eISF/regulatory binders; support monitoring/audits + Enter and reconcile data in EDC/CRFs; manage queries promptly + Ensure compliance with protocol, GCP, IRB/FDA requirements; support AE/SAE reporting + Partner with RAs to ensure visit coverage, lab processing/shipping, and timeline adherence Qualifications + Prior CRC (or equivalent site) experience; able to manage studies independently + GCP training required + Pediatric experience strongly preferred, pediatric phlebotomy a plus + Experience in pulmonology/dermatology/endocrinology preferred + Strong patient facing, documentation, and communication skills + Comfortable in a fast paced, 100% onsite environment; recruitment is core to the role System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
