Clinical Research Coordinator
Research Data CoordinatorOverview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Research Data Coordinator to join our Data Core Team supporting oncology clinical trials. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate and timely data entry, verification, and management as our cancer center transitions from paper-based systems to a fully electronic data environment.

Key Responsibilities:Perform data entry and source document verification for oncology trials.Support the transition from paper to electronic systems, including scanning and digitizing paper documents.Extract and validate clinical data from electronic health records (EHR) systems such as Epic.Ensure high-quality source documentation and maintain data integrity across platforms.Collaborate with clinical care teams and research staff to facilitate smooth data workflows.Assist in identifying and resolving data discrepancies and support audit readiness.Required Skills & Qualifications:Familiarity with medical terminology, especially in oncology.Experience with Epic or similar EHR systems; ability to locate and extract relevant clinical data.1–1.5 years of experience in a research or cancer-related setting.Strong understanding of source document verification and quality standards.Ability to work with both paper and electronic documentation systems.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
