Clinical Research Coordinator
Job Title: Clinical Research Coordinator – Oncology Trials Data Coordination Description: Join a dynamic data core team supporting oncology clinical trials. This role focuses on data entry and source document verification, contributing to the transition from paper-based records to an electronic system. Responsibilities include scanning paper documents, integrating them into electronic source documents, and ensuring high-quality data management. Key Responsibilities: + Perform data entry and source document verification for oncology trials + Extract and validate data from electronic medical records (e.g., Epic) + Support the transition from paper to electronic documentation + Collaborate with clinical and research teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness Required Skills: + Clinical research experience + Familiarity with electronic medical records (Epic preferred) + Understanding of medical terminology + Ability to locate and extract relevant data from EMRs + Experience with oncology or cancer-related research is highly desirable Soft Skills: + Friendly and collaborative team player + Strong communication skills across clinical and research teams + Positive attitude toward change and technology adoption + Adaptable and supportive during system transitions Experience Level: Intermediate – Ideal candidates will have 1 to 1.5 years of experience in a medical or clinical research setting, particularly in oncology. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
