IQVIA is seeking an experienced Clinical Research Nurse to support a clinical research site in Concord, Sydney. This part-time role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-quality clinical trials within a collaborative research environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport patient screening, recruitment, and enrollment, including informed consent and pre-consent activitiesCollect medical and concomitant medication historyPerform and document vital signs (including height and weight) and ECGsProvide administrative support for AE/SAE documentation and reporting per protocol and regulatory requirementsManage Investigational Product (IP): receipt, storage, accountability, preparation, dispensing, administration, and return/destructionCollect, process, and ship laboratory samplesEnter, verify, and correct source data in CRFs, EDC, eCOA, and other study systems; manage data queriesMaintain the Investigator Site File, including IRB/IEC submissions and communicationsUse IVRS/IXRS and other trial-related systemsCoordinate patient scheduling and provide ongoing participant supportSupport recruitment initiatives, referrals, and community/physician outreachPerform general study-related administrative tasks, including EMR printing and certificationRequired Qualifications & ExperienceNursing qualification with current RN registrationMinimum 3 years’ experience as a Research Nurse in clinical trialsCardiovascular experience as an advantage or would be a plusStrong knowledge of clinical trial conduct, protocols, consent processes, and medical terminologyProven experience with IP handling, ECGs, vital signs, and laboratory proceduresProficiency in MS Office and clinical trial systems (EDC, IVRS/IXRS)Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detailWhy IQVIA?Join a global leader in clinical research and healthcare innovation.
