Work Schedule: 

100% FTE, Monday thru Friday 8am - 5pm you will work at UW Health Swedish American Hospital 1401 E State St. 

QualificationsAssociate's Degree in Nursing. RequiredBachelor's Degree in Nursing. PreferredWork Experience3 years of clinical data abstracting and analysis experience; or 3 years of clinical experience in nursing or related relevant healthcare field. RequiredExperience working with computer databases Excel spreadsheets, and word processing programs necessary. RequiredLicenses & CertificationsCurrent Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Illinois. RequiredCertification in pertinent national registry.
