Job Summary and Responsibilities
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Clinical Project Coordinator to provide behind-the-scenes support for our RN Clinical Practice Coordinators and Pathways program. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations, student onboarding, and program coordination across multiple locations, including Lincoln, Grand Island, and Kearney. The Clinical Project Coordinator provides administrative and project support to Practice Coordinators and program leaders, managing and maintaining the Learning Management System (LMS) by creating assignments, adding participants, and distributing information. This position is responsible for tracking progress, following up on tasks, and ensuring timely completion and clear communication. The coordinator also assists in moderating Zoom-based classes and virtual learning sessions, supports student onboarding and engagement processes across multiple sites, and communicates professionally with students, faculty, and internal departments to ensure a seamless and positive experience.
Job Requirements
