Healogics is the largest provider of advanced wound care services in the United States, treating more than 300,000 chronic wound patients annually across over 600 sites. With an aging society, obesity and diabetes on the rise, and an uptick in surgical procedures, the number of patients with non-healing wounds that would benefit from expert care is dramatically increasing. As a result, the company is working to provide our differentiated, quality outcomes to as many patients that would benefit through our out-patient clinic partnerships

The Clinical Program Director is responsible for the management and the strategic growth of the Wound Care Program and other wound care continuum programs for the assigned area of responsibility. This position is responsible for the complete oversight of the Wound Care Center (WCC)®, to include the following functions: day-to-day center operations, staff management, financial management, quality/performance improvement, community education, and clinical functions oversight. The Clinical Program Director is also responsible for maintaining collaborative and consultative client relationships within and outside the hospital organization and for creating effective working relationships between Healogics and the hospital.

All Healogics employees must perform their job responsibilities according to all Healogics policies, Hospital policies, as well as to accrediting organizations, federal and state regulation, and to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) guidelines, as applicable.

We are hiring for a Clinical Program Director in our Wound Care Department in Dayton, WA!

The Clinical Program Director is responsible for the management and the strategic growth of the Wound Care Program. This position includes day-to-day management of the Wound Care Center working with the Wound Care Director. Your position will include acting as the Clinical Nurse Manager, financial management, quality/performance improvement and community education and marketing of the Wound Care Center. You will also function as a back-up performing hyperbaric related duties, as needed, upon completion of the Healogics Hyperbaric training.

The Clinical Program Director is also responsible for maintaining collaborative and consultative client relationships within and outside the hospital organization and for creating effective working relationships between Healogics and the hospital.

Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 Annual Salary

Full-Time: 40 hours/week

Schedule: Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays (10 hours per day)

Full-Time Benefits include: Medical/Dental/Vision & Basic Life Insurance; eligibility to participate in a 401K Plan, as well as PTO and Sick Time Accruals

Required Education, Experience and Credentials:

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license to be maintained throughout the duration of employment in this positionBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field preferred and 1 year of marketing/community education in the healthcare industry or clinical operations experienceOR Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field preferred and 2 or more years of marketing/community education in the healthcare industry or clinical operations experienceOR 4 years or more years of marketing/community education in the healthcare industry or clinical operations experienceWound care experience is requiredManagement experience preferred
