Healogics is the largest provider of advanced wound care services in the United States, treating more than 300,000 chronic wound patients annually across over 600 sites. With an aging society, obesity and diabetes on the rise, and an uptick in surgical procedures, the number of patients with non-healing wounds that would benefit from expert care is dramatically increasing. The Clinical Program Director is responsible for the management and the strategic growth of the Wound Care Program and other wound care continuum programs for the assigned area of responsibility. This position is responsible for the complete oversight of the Wound Care Center (WCC)®, to include the following functions: day-to-day center operations, staff management, financial management, quality/performance improvement, community education, and clinical functions oversight. The Clinical Program Director is also responsible for maintaining collaborative and consultative client relationships within and outside the hospital organization and for creating effective working relationships between Healogics and the hospital.

We are hiring for a Clinical Program Director in our Wound Care Department in Dayton, WA!

The Clinical Program Director is responsible for the management and the strategic growth of the Wound Care Program. This position includes day-to-day management of the Wound Care Center working with the Wound Care Director. Your position will include acting as the Clinical Nurse Manager, financial management, quality/performance improvement and community education and marketing of the Wound Care Center. You will also function as a back-up performing hyperbaric related duties, as needed, upon completion of the Healogics Hyperbaric training.

The Clinical Program Director is also responsible for maintaining collaborative and consultative client relationships within and outside the hospital organization and for creating effective working relationships between Healogics and the hospital.

Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 Annual Salary

Full-Time: 40 hours/week

Schedule: Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays (10 hours per day)

Required Education, Experience and Credentials:
