Qualifications: + B.S. or Pharm D. from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy is Mandatory + Active Pharmacist license in Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy is Mandatory + 1+ year of hospital pharmacy experience is Mandatory BLS & ACLS certification is Preferred Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
