Job Summary Outpatient Specialty Pharmacy Hybrid position- Monday- Friday, 8am-5pm, No Weekends Novant Health is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist . Ensure timely responses to service line requests and inquirie s Qualifications + Education: Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Foreign Pharmacy Graduate Equivalency Committee (FPGEC) Certification, required. PharmD, preferred. + Experience: + Postgraduate year 1 residency or fellowship OR two years of experience as a registered pharmacist in health system pharmacy. Oncology experience preferred for oncology roles, required. + ASHP accredited PGY2 Infectious disease residency OR 2 years of equivalent clinical pharmacy experience in infectious diseases/antimicrobial stewardship, required. + Licensure/Certification: + Current Pharmacy licensure in appropriate state(s) or must be completed within 30 days of start date by either examination or reciprocity, required. + Board of Pharmacy Specialties Certification or other approved certification must be obtained and continuously maintained within 2 years of start date as applicable to the role, required. + Additional Skills (required): Other duties as outlined in Novant Health and facility specific policies and procedures.
