Work Schedule:

20% FTE. Day/Evening Shifts, varying shifts available. 8-hour shifts. You will work at University Hospital in Madison, WI. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

 

Pay:

Pay range is based on a full-time (100%) position.

We are seeking a per diem Clinical Pharmacist:

Practice in a setting that supports career growth in clinical pharmacy.Opportunity to precept UW-Madison School of Pharmacy students.Provide medication therapy management services as part of an interdisciplinary team, to patients in an inpatient setting, to assure that drug therapy is safe, effective, efficient, and cost-effective.Join a cohesive team of collaborative pharmacists.
