Work Schedule: 
100% FTE; Night Shift. Hours 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM. 7 days on, 7 days off schedule. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. You will work at University Hospital in Madison, WI.

We are seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to:

Provide comprehensive medication therapy management as a key member of the interdisciplinary inpatient care team, ensuring drug therapy is safe, effective, efficient, and cost effective. Perform a full scope of clinical and distributive pharmacy services, including participation in patient care rounds, medication reconciliation, medication therapy monitoring, medication order review and management, and patient education. Deliver high quality pharmaceutical care to a diverse critical care patient population, including cardiovascular and medical surgical patients with complex medication needs.
