As Clinical Operations Analyst II, you will provide onsite training and direct support to caregivers in the proper and optimal use of clinical information systems. Under the supervision of the designated Manager and the Administrative leadership, your efforts will help caregivers better understand necessary systems, such as the Electronic Medical Record (EMR). While in this position, you will also have opportunities to explore professional development and career advancement within Cleveland Clinic. 

A caregiver in this position works from 7:30am to 5:00pm and will provide support to facilities in Austintown, Kinsman and Warren.

A caregiver who excels in this role will:  

Maintain thorough understanding of site-specific physician adoption plan. Review progress toward goals and objectives detailed in the plan. Coordinate and provide caregiver training and support using classroom, computer-based and one-on-one training. Maintain education materials and monitor caregiver training and proficiency requirements, Coordinate and provide new physician on-boarding in collaboration with Office of Physician Staff Affairs and physician remote access connection to the EMR when required. Promote maximum utilization of EMR within the physician group and serve as a primary contact for caregiver EMR related issues. Provide ongoing techniques to better incorporate and utilize the EMR. Identify opportunities for improvement and work with the administrative team, project teams, and ITD/CSO to design and implement improvements, clinical systems and workflows. 

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:  

Associate’s degree in related field and four years of applicable clinical experience OR Bachelor’s degree and two years of experience may substitute work experienceExperience typically supported by license in a medically related fieldMust have a valid State driver's license (VDL), and a safe driving record

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:  

Licensed in the State of Ohio as a Registered Nurse (RN) Bachelor's Degree in related field Experience with clinical information systems or computerized physician order managementExperience in education/training/teaching or human resources developmentExperience in a multi-entity health care system strongly preferred

Physical Requirements:

Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periodsAbility to operate a computer and other office equipmentAbility to communicate and exchange accurate informationIn some locations, ability to move up to 25 pounds.Ability to travel throughout the hospital system
