How you make a difference

The Clinical Office Assistant will provide clerical and administrative support to health services under the direction of the Health Services Administrator.



Key Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support to staff as assigned and inform Health Services Administrator of any difficulties in handling assigned work.
• Maintain facility clinical files and records, ensuring required documentation is present and advising Health Services Administrator of missing documentation.
• Ensure timely pick-up and distribution of clinical mail on a daily basis, as well as monitoring inventory of office supplies.
• Type forms and documentation as assigned, and provide telephone coverage with polite and accurate documentation of messages.
• Duplicate material as requested by clinical staff and interrelate and work effectively with all clinical and facility staff.

**Medical Office experience is a plus**
** schedule is: M-F 8am-4:30pm **
*duties include scanning medical records, answering phones, supply inventory and ordering, setting up off-site appointments, and facilitating telehealth as needed*


Qualifications & Requirements

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience

Experience in organization and clerical skills needed for timely completion of assigned duties in a professional manner. Basic typing and computer skills are required. Ability to work in a diverse professional setting.

Licenses/Certifications

None required.
