The NL promotes & advocates for patients, nurses / colleagues & the practice of nursing as defined by clinical area(s) of expertise & assignment. Note: “patients” refers to patients, clients, residents, participants, customers, members JOB SPECIFICATIONS AND CORE COMPETENCIES Education: Graduate of an approved school of nursing. Bachelor of Nursing Degree preferred. Licensure: RN Indiana License. BLS certification. Experience: 3-5 years previous experience in clinical leadership role preferred. Other Job Requirements: 1. Strong written/verbal communication skills. 2. Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training, design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups for the measurement of training effects. 3. Knowledge of human behavior and performance. 4.
