ChristianaCare HomeHealth is seeking a Part Time RN Clinical Manager. The successful candidate will work twenty hours per week, working both Saturday/Sunday, three weekends a month day shift hours in our Smyrna, DE location. (Orientation may take place in our Avenue North location). This individual will work 1 major holiday and 1 minor holiday each year and will be required to attend team meetings.
Duties and Responsibilities:Demonstrated knowledge and skills necessary to deliver care to adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.Identifies priorities of management responsibilities and demonstrates the ability to delegate.Remains cognizant of risk management issues and takes appropriate measures to correct.Performs routine co-visits, clinical record reviews, case conferences and patient rounds.Requirements:BSN required; Masters degree in nursing required or a commitment to complete the degree within three (3) years of starting position.Must possess a current DE RN license, or compact state licenseOASIS certification required (willing to become certified within 1 year)Basic Life SupportThree years of management experience or demonstrated progressive leadership developmentOne to two years of home health, hospice, or community care experienceAbout Christiana Care Health SystemChristianaCare is one of the country’s most multifaceted health systems, centered on improving health outcomes, making high-quality care more accessible and lowering health care costs.
