As a Clinical Nurse in Labor and Delivery, you’ll deliver expert, compassionate care while working in a collaborative environment with access to the latest medical technology and a supportive team that includes anesthesiologists, physicians, and a Level III NICU.
What You Will Do
Provide patient-centered care during labor, delivery, and immediate postpartumMonitor fetal heart tones, administer medications, and coach patients through laborAnticipate and respond to complications using critical thinking and clinical protocolsAssist and circulate in the operating room for cesarean sections and other OB/GYN proceduresDocument care and patient progress using EPICCollaborate with 24-hour Patient Safety Nurses, NICU teams, and physicians during high-risk deliveries and obstetric emergenciesMinimum Qualifications
1–2 years of Labor and Delivery nursing experienceGraduate of an accredited nursing program; ASN required, BSN or MSN preferredCurrent Maryland RN license or compact state equivalentBLS certification (American Heart Association); additional life support certifications as required by unitPosition Highlights

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
