**Job Title:** Clinical Nurse - Med/Surg
**Employment Type:** Full Time/36 hours weekly
**Shift:** Nights, 7pm - 7am
**Location:** Holy Cross Hospital, Silver Spring MD
**Position Purpose:**
Join Holy Cross Health’s _Together Teams_ care model—a 3-person team of bedside RN, CNA, and virtual RN—designed to enhance patient safety and collaboration. As a Clinical Nurse in our 30-bed Med/Surg unit, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, compassionate care to patients recovering from surgery, managing acute illnesses, or receiving treatment for a wide range of medical conditions.

**What You Will Do:**
+ Deliver safe and effective nursing care using the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
+ Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and respond to changes in patient status.
+ Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions.
+ Collaborate with the care team to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
+ Document nursing care in the EMR accurately and in a timely manner.
+ Adhere to all Trinity-Health policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Current licensure by the Maryland State Board of Nursing or Compact State as a Registered
+ ASN required, BSN preferred
+ BLS certification from American Heart Association
+ 1 year of experience in an acute care setting preferred.
Pay Range- $38.92 - $55.68
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
