The Clinical Modality Specialist – CT is responsible for driving business growth and clinical adoption of Philips CT solutions by combining advanced clinical expertise with strong commercial acumen. This hybrid role leads customer engagement, optimizes workflow and image quality, and ensures successful adoption of advanced CT technologies (e.g., Spectral CT, CT5300). The specialist acts as a key liaison between clinical and commercial teams, supporting strategic partnerships and reference site development to establish clinical proof points and best practices.
Key ObjectivesCustomer Engagement & IQ Optimization: Maximize CT customer satisfaction and solution impact through tailored engagement strategies, workflow optimization, and a relentless focus on image quality.
Clinical Adoption: Accelerate adoption of advanced CT technologies by providing expert clinical guidance, hands-on training, and ongoing support.
Strategic Clinical Partnerships: Build and maintain partnerships with leading CT institutions to drive clinical excellence, innovation, and co-development opportunities.
Local Reference Site Engagement & Proof Point: Establish and nurture local CT reference sites, generating clinical proof points, facilitating site visits, and sharing best practices.
Core ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute integrated sales and clinical strategies for CT, based on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, to achieve business and clinical adoption targets.
Conduct in-depth consultations and workflow assessments with CT customers to propose customized solutions that optimize patient care, operational efficiency, and image quality.
Deliver impactful CT product demonstrations, clinical training sessions, and educational resources to radiologists, technologists, and key stakeholders, ensuring proficient use and clinical adoption of Philips CT technologies.
Act as the primary point of contact for customer concerns regarding image quality, proactively monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving issues to ensure optimal imaging outcomes and high customer satisfaction.
Analyze CT clinical workflows and operational procedures to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements for enhanced application and solution performance.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with CT clinicians, administrators, and procurement managers to drive long-term collaboration and reference site development.
Ensure rigorous adherence to CT regulatory standards, ethical guidelines, and internal protocols across all sales and clinical activities.
Prepare and present detailed analyses, reports, and performance metrics on CT sales activities, clinical adoption, customer engagement, and market trends.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align CT strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Continuously evaluate and optimize CT clinical applications based on user feedback, performance data, and industry benchmarks.
Guide and develop team members to achieve organizational goals and foster a culture of impact, care, and compliance.
Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Radiologic Technology, Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, or equivalent).Minimum 3 years of experience with Bachelor’s OR minimum 3 years clinical applications, CT Sales, Business Development, or Sales Support.Preferred Skills & CompetenciesAdvanced clinical knowledge and technical expertise in CT.
Experience with Philips CT solutions is highly desirable.
Strong sales acumen and business development experience in medical imaging.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in customer engagement, workflow optimization, and clinical training for CT.
Demonstrated ability to ensure and sustain high customer satisfaction with CT image quality, including troubleshooting and optimizing imaging protocols.
Data analysis, market intelligence, and competitor analysis specific to CT.
Strategic planning, implementation, and continuous improvement mindset.
Regulatory compliance and ethical conduct in CT environments.
Experience with reference site management and clinical proof point generation in CT.
