Job Description

The Clinical Marketing Sales Support is responsible for customizing advanced marketing strategies tailored to diverse healthcare customers within ANZ, aligning closely with regional healthcare trends and demands. The role works closely with other Philips cross-functional teams to gather insights into competitive products and clinical trends, informing strategic product development and marketing initiatives. The role assists Account Managers and Regional Sales Managers to identify new market opportunities and expand Philips' market presence through comprehensive market analysis and customer feedback.

You are responsible for:

Customizes advanced marketing strategies to address the unique clinical requirements of diverse healthcare institutions within the designated territory, aligning with regional healthcare trends and demands, working under limited supervision. Identify new market opportunities for product integration through comprehensive market analysis and customer feedback, supporting Account Managers and Regional Sales Managers in expanding market presence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Unit, Marketing, R&D, Clinical Science and Clinical Affairs, to gather critical insights on competitive products and clinical trends, informing strategic product development and marketing initiatives. Conducts and facilitates advanced product demonstrations and in-service training sessions, ensuring healthcare professionals are well-versed in the latest Philips technologies and their clinical applications. Resolves a wide range of moderate complexity requests in creative ways, demonstrating good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Analyzes customer feedback and market data to identify key areas for product enhancement and innovation, driving the development of solutions that meet evolving clinical needs and exceed market expectations. Provides dedicated support for company-sponsored clinical trials and marketing initiatives, meticulously following protocols to ensure successful execution and integrity of study objectives. Identify, establish and maintain Key Opinion Leader relationships in ANZ through Reference, Collaboration or Clinical Science Site agreementsParticipates in the evaluation of key sales metrics and market trends, using data to renew and optimize sales strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maximizing market penetration. Helps to resolve complex customer issues promptly and effectively, leveraging extensive clinical expertise and product knowledge to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and trust. Evaluates the effectiveness of sales strategies and marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation in clinical marketing approaches. Ensures compliance with Philips standards, industry regulations, and ethical guidelines during all sales and marketing activities, safeguarding the integrity and reputation of the Philips brand while promoting best practices in clinical marketing.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Radiography, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 5 years’ experience in radiography marketing or complex medical capital equipment, with a strong commercial and clinical understanding.Prior experience in roles such as Radiographer (with commercial exposure), Product Specialist, Modality Sales Specialist, Product Manager, or Marketing Manager.Background in Cardiology, Radiology and Vascular Surgery Interventional settings is highly desirable.Proven track record in sales or marketing within the medical capital, medical devices or healthcare informatics industry.Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies.Strong presenter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comparable to high-performing modality sales specialists.Able to work independently as a high-performing individual contributor, while collaborating across teams.Solid understanding of the healthcare market and clinical workflows.
