What Health System Pharmacy (Clinical Manager) contributes to Cardinal Health
The Clinical Manager is responsible for providing customized pharmacy program solutions that reduce costs and improve patient care quality for hospitals, health systems and other integrated healthcare providers may also consult with and advise healthcare team on prescribed medications, supplies and related processes.

Accountabilities
Clinical Manager proactively develops and maintains broad knowledge of the clinical disciplines in own functional area(s); applies broad knowledge of trends and best practices in a manner that ensures exceptional performance and resultsDemonstrates a strong understanding of the clinical offerings within one's own functionAdvises others on a variety of topics within own functional area; accesses appropriate resources/expertise and leverages the appropriate resources to provide complex solutions for internal/external customersQualifications
A minimum of a PharmD is requiredMust have active Pharmacist License and RegistrationA minimum of 2+ years of related pharmacy experienceStrong people and attention to detail skillsMust have customer service skillsAvailability to work extended hoursMust have Intermediate Microsoft Excel skillsFully bilingual English and Spanish oral and written is requiredWhat is expected of you and others at this level
