**_What Health System Pharmacy (Clinical Manager) contributes to Cardinal Health_**
The Clinical Manager is responsible for providing customized pharmacy program solutions that reduce costs and improve patient care quality for hospitals, health systems and other integrated healthcare providers may also consult with and advise healthcare team on prescribed medications, supplies and related processes.
**Work Location: Hospital Menonita Caguas**
**_Accountabilities_**
+ Clinical Manager proactively develops and maintains broad knowledge of the clinical disciplines in own functional area(s); applies broad knowledge of trends and best practices in a manner that ensures exceptional performance and results
+ Demonstrates a strong understanding of the clinical offerings within one's own function
+ Advises others on a variety of topics within own functional area; accesses appropriate resources/expertise and leverages the appropriate resources to provide complex solutions for internal/external customers
**_Qualifications_**
+ A minimum of a PharmD is required
+ Must have active Pharmacist License and Registration
+ A minimum of 2+ years of related pharmacy experience
+ Strong people and attention to detail skills
+ Must have customer service skills
+ Availability to work extended hours
+ Must have Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
+ Fully bilingual English and Spanish oral and written is required
