**Overview** **Select Rehab of Palm Beach - Acute Rehab Unit** **Clinical Liaison ( RN / PT/ OT/ SLP)** 3060 Melaleuca Lane Lake Worth, Florida **A day in the life** You’ll advocate for referred patients in the pre-admission process by collaborating with clinical teams at referring hospitals to assess patient needs. You will serve as a resource for healthcare professionals through fostering relationships within medical facilities.
