The Clinical IT Specialist for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for optimizing laboratory processes, handling big clinical databases, and related technical applications, even for exploring and applying AI technology in clinical data analysis.

This position is part of the customer support team located in Taipei, Taiwan and will be fully remote. At the customer support team, our vision is to ensure that every patient has reliability and quality assay results and uninterrupted laboratory workflow optimization and improvement.

You will be a part of the customer support team and report to the field application manager responsible for clinical informatics systems which connect chemistry, immunology, and automation products. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Responsible for analyzing and optimizing clinical laboratory information systems and operational processes; and to participate in the collection, organization, analysis, and management of clinical data, applying big clinical data analysis techniques.Use PowerBI to create reports and dashboards for data visualization and trend analysis; Use AutoCAD and 3D drawing software to assist in creating or modifying related flowcharts or equipment layout diagrams; Use advanced Excel analysis functions, especially VBA, for complex data processing and automation tasks.Collaborate with clinical, laboratory, and other cross-departmental teams to understand needs and provide information solutions and maintain and ensure the stable operation and data accuracy of clinical information systems.Responsible for planning, creating, and executing marketing presentations and briefings related to products or projects.

The essential requirements of the job include:

Educational requirements must be bachelor's or master’s degree in information science, biomedical engineering, medical laboratory science, or other related fields.More than 3 years of work experience in clinical information systems (LIS, HIS, etc.) and familiar with laboratory workflows analysis and optimization.Experience with big data analysis concepts and applications, proficient in PowerBI report development and utilization, and proficient in AutoCAD 2D/3D drawing capabilities.Excellent presentation creation and delivery skills and be able to clearly convey complex technical content.Experience in activity planning, coordination, execution and problem-solving skills.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Familiar with SQL database operations.Project management experienceAbility to write technical documents or marketing plan.
