Job Description The Clinical Floor Registered Nurse (RN) is the primary floor lead responsible for directing day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring seamless patient flow, and assisting the Dr. in delivering high-quality care. This role requires strong clinical judgment, fast-paced coordination, and a leadership mindset to maintain efficiency and excellence throughout the patient experience. This position works closely with the Dr. and the clinical team to: Oversee the clinical floor and lead real-time patient flow and schedule pacing Serve as the primary liaison for communicating and adjusting Dr.'s schedule throughout the day Coordinate with Medical Assistants to ensure room turnover, readiness, and adherence to care standards Personally assist Dr. with treatments and support the delivery of exceptional clinical care Identify workflow gaps and make operational adjustments on the spot to avoid delays or inefficiencies We are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements Must have a valid RN license in the state CA. Proficient in IV administration, medication handling, wound care, and EMR documentation. Calm under pressure and able to maintain workflow during high-volume days. Able to direct and manage the daily operations of the clinical floor, ensuring a seamless experience for patients and providers. Able to lead, delegate, and supervise Medical Assistants to ensure treatment rooms are clean, stocked, and on pace for each appointment.
