**Job Summary and Responsibilities**
As our Clinical Educator RN, you will be a pivotal leader, empowering our nursing teams with cutting-edge knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional patient care across various clinical settings.
Every day, you will design, implement, and evaluate dynamic educational programs, mentor frontline nurses, and integrate best practices to ensure the highest standards of professional nursing. + Provides assessment, teaching and follow-up instruction to a specific patient population and Provides guidance to management, staff and physicians
+ Identifies needs, plans and Implements educational programs within specialty area for staff, patients, and/or community. Actively Participates in Nursing and Patient Education Department activities
+ Serves in a consultative role to staff, management and health professionals in the hospital and community with focus on quality and cost containment
+ Disseminates and conducts nursing research
+ Serves as leader in the development and attainment of organizational goals
+ Demonstrates professional practice by serving as a liaison among the program staff, advisory committee and facility administration
**Job Requirements**
Required
+ Associates Of Science Nursing and One year’s nursing experience, upon hire
+ Registered Nurse: TX, upon hire and
+ Basic Life Support - CPR, within 14 - days

**Pay Range**
$34.69 - $51.59 /hour
