Responsible for clinical, consultative and educational activities that identify and facilitate processes to address the learning needs of staff. Accountable for developing and monitoring RN orientation, policies and procedures, and opportunities for staff development. Works closely with assigned clinical departments to ensure quality.
Graduate of an accredited nursing program requiredCurrent AL or Multistate Nursing License RequiredBLS for Healthcare Providers requiredACLS, TNCC and ENPC and or PALS must be obtained within the first year of employmentER Staff Nurse experience required
