Job Description
The Clinical Education Manager leads the strategy and delivery of injector education programs, aligning training with skill levels and business goals. This role partners cross-functionally to execute impactful clinical initiatives, develop KOLs, and support key accounts and coaches Clinical Specialists, tracks performance through KPIs, and ensures compliant, efficient program execution. This role reports into the Head of Allergan Medical Institution (AMI).
Responsabilities:
Provide strategic input into the design of national and regional AMI programs, aligning educational offerings with injector skill levels (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced) and business objectives.Partner with Sales and Marketing to develop and implement clinical pre- and post-program engagement strategies.Lead on-site execution of live and virtual programs, coordinating faculty, clinical specialists, and cross-functional stakeholders.Support the development and upskilling of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) for training and speaking engagements.Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program effectiveness and impact on clinical outcomes.Develop tailored injector journey pathways and bespoke educational programs for Key Accounts and coordinate deployment of Clinical Specialists to support key account education strategies.Deliver coaching and mentoring to our clinical specialist team during1:1 in-clinic and group-based educational facilitations and ensure tailored individual injector needs are aligned with the AMI Educational JourneyOnboard, coordinate shadow days and provide coaching support to all new Clinical Specialist (CS) hires.In collaboration with CS Manager, assess competencies for each CS and build effective, personalized development plans to bridge any identified gaps.Develop key competencies for the evolving CS role, including technical training skills, communication of scientific differentiation of the AA portfolio, and applying adult learning principles to facilitationsOperations :
Track educational activities, injector progress, and target accounts using CRM systems.Provide timely reporting aligned with Plan of Action (POA) objectives.Manage assigned program budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources.Collaborate with Medical, Legal, and Regulatory teams to ensure compliance and approval of all materials and initiatives.Qualifications
Requirements and Assets:
Undergraduate degree in science or health relatedRegistered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner designation with >5 years clinical experienceExperience in Health Education and Training an asset.Prior commercial (marketing, sales, training) non-clinical experience an assetAesthetics industry expertise an asset.Flexibility to travel (with potential overnight business) up to 30% Valid passport Valid drivers licenseCapabilities:
