**Columbia, TN**
**Full-time | On-site | Monday–Friday, Day Shift**
**$120,000-$130,000 annually**
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Provide clinical supervision and leadership to therapists, case managers, and support staff
+ Oversee the development, implementation, and review of individualized treatment plans
+ Ensure clinical documentation is complete, timely, and compliant with state and federal guidelines
+ Coordinate with the medical and nursing departments to ensure integrated care delivery
+ Monitor program effectiveness and client progress through audits, meetings, and case reviews
+ Develop and implement clinical policies, workflows, and quality improvement initiatives
+ Train and mentor clinical staff in evidence-based practices, crisis intervention, and ethics
+ Serve as the primary liaison during licensing reviews and accreditation visits (e.g., TJC, CARF)
+ Maintain a small caseload for direct client care and crisis intervention, as needed
**Requirements:**
+ **Active and unencumbered license** in the state of Tennessee: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC
+ **Minimum of 3 years** of clinical experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment. **Inpatient experience is a must!**
+ **At least 1 year of supervisory or program management experience**
+ Strong working knowledge of DSM-5, trauma-informed care, and co-occurring disorders
+ Familiarity with state regulations, HIPAA, and documentation standards
+ Passion for recovery, integrity in leadership, and a collaborative approach to care
