Seven Hills New Hampshire is seeking a Clinical Director to lead and inspire a multidisciplinary clinical team serving children and young adults (up to age 22) with autism, neurodevelopmental disabilities, traumatic brain injury, and co-occurring psychiatric challenges in a residential and educational setting.

Located in New Hampshire’s scenic Monadnock region, CMS is a residential and day program that empowers neuro-diverse students with essential life, social, behavioral, and academic skills for greater independence and quality of life. ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Do:
Lead and supervise a team of clinicians across residential and school programsOversee the development and delivery of assessments, interventions, and treatment plansProvide direct consultation and/or maintain a small caseloadTrain and coach staff in crisis prevention, trauma-informed care, and clinical best practicesChampion a person-centered, multidisciplinary vision for clinical services QualificationsWho You Are:
A licensed clinician (LICSW, LCMHC, or Psychologist preferred) with 3+ years of independent clinical practice and leadership experience Experienced in providing care and supervision for youth with complex developmental, psychiatric, and behavioral needsSkilled in leading diverse teams and delivering trauma-informed, evidence-based servicesConfident in managing clinical compliance and fostering collaboration across disciplines, families, and community stakeholders
