appropriatec Develop facilitate communication and manage schedules for orienteeswith office staffd Demonstrate home visits skills and Joint field visitse Provide support to orientees with Pre visit prep and review post visitcharting support and aid with navigating resources and technologyf Observe and provide feedback of orientees and clinicians based onstandard work and chart reviewg Facilitate education rounds with Team Managers and Regional Directorh Implement and lead and group orientee meetingsOversight of preceptora Facilitate the coordination oversee and provide feedback regarding
