their clients and their clientsrsquo familiesDevelops and facilitates the overall training program and orientation of newly hired clinicians and provides intermittent support for existing staff Additionally works with Education Department for development and oversight of preceptor ship of new nursing hires not participating in the Immersion programOversight of orienteesa Design and oversee individualized education plan that aligns withgeneral orientation matrix for orienteesb Maintain accurate records of educational interventionschecklistsfolders and follow up with management as appropriatec Develop facilitate communication and manage schedules for orienteeswith office staffd Demonstrate home visits skills and Joint field visitse Provide support to orientees with Pre visit prep and review post visitcharting support and aid with navigating resources and technologyf Observe and provide feedback of orientees and clinicians based onstandard work and chart reviewg Facilitate education rounds with Team Managers and Regional Directorh Implement and lead and group orientee meetingsOversight of preceptora Facilitate the coordination oversee and provide feedback regarding theinteractions of preceptor and cliniciansb Develop and manage schedules for the preceptorEnsure continuous improvement of existing staffi Design individualized education opportunities for staff development andsupportj Assist with ongoing staff developmentProfessional Responsibilitya Develop and maintain the updated versions of learning toolstip sheetson Sharepointb Facilitate regional orientation workshopsc Maintain personal annual skill and academic competenciesd Ensures compliance with applicable licensurecertification requirementapplicable healthcare standards governmental laws and regulationsand HHCAH policies and procedurese Abides by and demonstrates HW Leadership Behaviors and continuedprocess improvement through job performance on a day to day basisf Perform other
