Based on the territory in Lyon - Clermont Ferrand - Toulon - Marseille
We are seeking a highly motivated Clinical Demand Manager to join our Sales & Marketing team at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to support procalcitonin (PCT) testing strategies in healthcare settings to advance the diagnosis of bacterial infection and antibiotic stewardship.
Responsibilities:Take accountability for account profiling, targeting, and developing of healthcare providers within designated regionEstablish relationships with key customers from Laboratory Leadership, C-suite, and Clinical LeadsDefine business strategies aligned with License Partners and related activities on target accountsGain agreement from key decision-makers for broad test utilization and hospital-wide protocol adoptionAnalyze account dynamics to understand customer objectives and clinical challengesDeliver education programs through 1:1 presentations and clinical sessionsCooperate with regional Scientific Liaisons and Marketing teams to provide clinical insightsRepresent Thermo Fisher at local, regional, national, and international meetings and eventsBe accountable to an annual operating growth plan and specific activity metricsUpdate relevant business data in the customer relationship management toolRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Healthcare/Medical Sciences, Biochemistry, or related field (equivalent experience considered; PhD preferred)5+ years of healthcare experience, preferably in diagnostic lab settings or customer developmentClinical/scientific background and experience in Health Economics and Market Access preferredProven track record in cross-functional healthcare environmentStrong analytical, presentation, and organizational skillsAbility to establish and develop strong customer relationshipsExperience with customer segmentation and account mappingProficiency with SFDC CRM, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
