Responsibilities
In keeping with the Marian Regional Medical Center philosophy, the RN Clinical Coordinator actively participates in the orientation, initial and ongoing competency of clinical field staff. The RN Clinical Coordinator applies concepts derived from management and communications theory, group dynamics, counseling methodologies and clinical nursing judgment to effectively communicate the infusion competence of clinical staff to key stakeholders. Under general guidance of the Department Manager, the RN Clinical Infusion Coordinator will maintain and contribute to the maintenance of Infusion Policies and Procedures. Major responsibilities are listed, however, at times the RN Clinical Coordinator may be assigned other duties.

Qualifications
Minimum RequiredTwo years of experience as an RN if no BSN/PHN. Two years experience in home health in the past five years.Current California Registered Nurse License.Current California Registered Nurse LicenseCurrent AHA BLS for Healthcare ProvidersCurrent and Valid CA drivers license

B. S. or B.
