Clinical Contract Administrator

Seeking a Legal Contracts Specialist with medical device experience to support global clinical studies through preparation, review, and negotiation of clinical study agreements and related contracts.

Requirements:

Medical device experience required

5+ years of professional experience with Bachelor’s degree; OR High School Diploma/GED/Associate degree with 7+ years in a related legal role, preferably within medical device or pharmaceutical industry

Thorough understanding of clinical contracting terms and conditions

Ability to read and interpret contract terms, redline agreements, and make business-minded decisions in negotiations

Strong computer skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe software

Preferred Skills:

Background in legal support for clinical studies within medical device organizations

Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects accurately under tight deadlines

Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners in a global environment

Responsibilities:

Prepare clinical study agreements and related documents (hospital use agreements, device purchase agreements) using approved templates

Independently review and revise site-proposed revisions in alignment with company practices and procedures

Raise and resolve contract issues by liaising with Legal, Risk Management, clinical teams, and other stakeholders

Manage high-volume workload and triage requests through group mailboxes

Coordinate and support Global Regulatory Legal team meetings, including scheduling and maintaining minutes

Maintain and update clinical study tracking spreadsheets and contract management systems

Ensure execution and proper upload of agreements and related documents into contract systems

Interface with Clinical, Contract Research Organizations, and Global Clinical Operations teams to support contract processes

Organize and maintain Microsoft Teams folders and contract records

Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in contracting workflows



Pay Details: $50.00 to $59.00 per hour
