Clinical Consultant - Trauma

In this hands-on, theatre-based role, you’ll work side-by-side with surgeons and clinical staff to provide technical support during trauma procedures. You’ll be a trusted partner in the operating room—helping teams deliver the best outcomes for patients, and supporting the use of Stryker’s market-leading trauma portfolio. Whether you’re supporting complex procedures, providing training or problem-solving in real time, you’ll be part of something that matters—every day. **What you’ll do:** + Provide clinical and technical support to surgeons during trauma procedures + Educate and train hospital staff on Stryker products and techniques + Build strong, trusted relationships with surgeons, nurses and hospital teams + Stay up to date on trauma advancements and product knowledge + Support the broader sales team to drive business growth in the region + Adapt quickly to the needs of each theatre environment **Who you are:** + Calm, reliable and composed under pressure + A great communicator who can build trust quickly + Comfortable in fast-paced, high-pressure clinical environments + Quick-thinking, solutions-focused and eager to learn + Previous experience in healthcare, physiotherapy, nursing, biomedical science or similar is an advantage—but full training will be provided **Why join Stryker?** You’ll work with a passionate, supportive team that’s driven to make a difference.
