CCLS is a diverse group of laboratories dedicated primarily to the support of the Mayo Clinic practice in Minnesota by providing specimen collection, processing, analysis, and reporting. Eleven doctoral-level lab directors and more than 500 allied health staff work in the division. This position is in our Central Clinical Lab, which is a high-volume, complex laboratory performing over 5 million tests annually. This position will require the candidate to provide: + Clinical coverage and oversight + Support for test validation and quality systems + Regulatory and compliance continuity + Mentoring and academic engagement + On-call support **Qualifications** This position requires the candidate to have completed Clinical Pathology residency training and to be boarded by the American Board of Pathology in Clinical Pathology or having completed a COMACC-accredited Clinical Chemistry fellowship and boarded by American Board of Clinical Chemistry, National Register of Certified Chemists, or another board qualifying as HCLD.
