Join the Rheumatology team at Novant Health and help us deliver remarkable care to patients living with autoimmune and musculoskeletal diseases. + Schedule: Full Time, Days 8:00am - 5:00pm + Department: Novant Health Rheumatology & Arthritis - Westbrook + Location: Winston- Salem, NC As a Clinical Care Partner in our Rheumatology department, you will: + Assist in the coordination and delivery of patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians. + Monitor and document patient progress, communicating effectively with the healthcare team. + Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff. + Provide compassionate support to patients and their families. Qualifications + Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. + Experience: 2 years Acute experience for CNA 1, preferred. 1 year CNA2 or EMT, preferred. 1 year Experience in healthcare setting or Physician Assistant or medical school student enrolled in an accredited program or gap year, preferred. + Licensure/Certification: NA I in good standing within the NA registry; OR NA II in good standing with NA II certification with required state; OR EMT current credential in appropriate state, required. Physician Assistant or Medical School student enrolled in accredited program or in gap year, required. + Additional Skills (required): Ability to successfully complete generic and department specific skills validation and competency testing.
