+ Schedule: Full Time, Days 8:00am - 5:00pm
+ Department: Novant Health Rheumatology & Arthritis - Westbrook
+ Location: Winston- Salem, NC
As a Clinical Care Partner in our Rheumatology department, you will:
+ Assist in the coordination and delivery of patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians.
+ Monitor and document patient progress, communicating effectively with the healthcare team.
+ Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
+ Provide compassionate support to patients and their families.
While CNA I and CNA II professionals can work under the license of a physician or advanced practice provider (APP), per North Carolina Board of Nursing requirements, they must:
+ Complete a minimum of 8 hours every 24 months of direct supervision by a registered nurse (RN) employed at the clinic
+ Or make arrangements to complete this requirement at a sister Novant Health Medical Group (NHMG) clinic location

Qualifications
+ Education: High School Diploma or GED, required.
+ Experience: 2 years Acute experience for CNA 1, preferred. 1 year CNA2 or EMT, preferred. 1 year Experience in healthcare setting or Physician Assistant or medical school student enrolled in an accredited program or gap year, preferred.
+ Licensure/Certification: NA I in good standing within the NA registry; OR NA II in good standing with NA II certification with required state; OR EMT current credential in appropriate state, required. Physician Assistant or Medical School student enrolled in accredited program or in gap year, required.
+ Additional Skills (required): Ability to successfully complete generic and department specific skills validation and competency testing. Basic computer skills for documentation.
