Novant Health is looking for dedicated Clinical Care Partners to join our team in Winston-Salem, NC. + Schedule: Full Time, Days 8:00 am-5:00 pm + Department: Novant Health Adult Primary Care Clinic + Location: Winston- Salem, North Carolina What You'll Do + Keep clinic flow efficient while maintaining a warm, welcoming atmosphere + Assist in the coordination and delivery of patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians + Supporting rooming, vital signes and patient preparation + Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff. + Engage in teamwork and community involvement to enhance patient care. What We're Looking For + Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. + Experience: + Two years Acute experience for CNA 1, preferred. + One year CNA2 or EMT, preferred. + One year Experience in healthcare setting or Physician Assistant or medical school student enrolled in an accredited program or gap year, preferred. + Licensure/Certification: + NA I in good standing within the NA registry; OR required. + NA II in good standing with NA II certification with required state; OR required + EMT current credential in appropriate state; OR required + One year clinical (medical) office experience; OR required. + Physician Assistant or Medical School student enrolled in accredited program or in gap year required. + Additional Skills (required): + Ability to successfully complete generic and department specific skills validation and competency testing. + Basic computer skills for documentation.
