What You'll Do Key Responsibilities: Providing Compassionate Support: Your empathy and calm demeanor can help alleviate anxiety and create a sense of comfort and continuity throughout their treatment journey. Enhancing Clinical Efficiency: By managing patient flow, preparing exam rooms, and assisting with procedures, you set the team up for success and ensure patients receive remarkable care. Ensuring Coordinated Care: You are a vital link in the communication chain between the patient and the healthcare team. By accurately documenting information and coordinating appointments, you help ensure that every step of a patient's complex treatment plan is organized and seamless. What We're Looking For Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. Experience: Two years Acute experience for CNA 1, preferred. One year CNA2 or EMT, preferred. One year experience in healthcare setting or Physician Assistant or medical school student enrolled in an accredited program or gap year, preferred. Licensure/Certification: NA I in good standing within the NA registry; OR required NA II in good standing with NA II certification with required state; OR required EMT current credential in appropriate state; OR required One year clinical (medical) office experience; OR required Physician Assistant or Medical School student enrolled in accredited program or in gap year, required Additional Skills (required): Ability to successfully complete generic and department specific skills validation and competency testing.
