What We Offer Novant Health Southeastern Spine Institute is looking for a Clinical Care Partner! + Location: 1625 Hospital Drive, Mount Pleasant, SC 29464 + Status: Full Time + Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm The Novant Health Southeastern Spine Institute is a world-class specialty center offering the best in spine health expertise, technology, and procedures, including o rthopedic spine surgery, neurosurgery, pain management, and physical medicine/rehabilitation . Our facility includes a state-of-the-art clinic, committed to providing a compassionate, quality-focused patient experience. What You'll Do Key Responsibilities: + Providing Compassionate Support: Your empathy and calm demeanor can help alleviate anxiety and create a sense of comfort and continuity throughout their treatment journey. + Enhancing Clinical Efficiency: By managing patient flow, preparing exam rooms, and assisting with procedures, you set the team up for success and ensure patients receive remarkable care. + Ensuring Coordinated Care: You are a vital link in the communication chain between the patient and the healthcare team. By accurately documenting information and coordinating appointments, you help ensure that every step of a patient's complex treatment plan is organized and seamless. What We're Looking For + Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. + Experience: + Two years Acute experience for CNA 1, preferred. + One year CNA2 or EMT, preferred. + One year experience in healthcare setting or Physician Assistant or medical school student enrolled in an accredited program or gap year, preferred. + Licensure/Certification: + NA I in good standing within the NA registry; OR required + NA II in good standing with NA II certification with required state; OR required + EMT current credential in appropriate state; OR required + One year clinical (medical) office experience; OR required + Physician Assistant or Medical School student enrolled in accredited program or in gap year, required + Additional Skills (required): + Ability to successfully complete generic and department specific skills validation and competency testing. + Basic computer skills for documentation.
