Qualifications + Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. + Experience: + Two years of acute experience for CNA 1, preferred. + One year of CNA2 or EMT experience, preferred. + One year of experience in healthcare setting or Physician Assistant or medical school student enrolled in an accredited program or gap year, preferred. + Licensure/Certification: + NA I in good standing within the NA registry, required. + OR NA II in good standing with NA II certification with required state, required. + OR EMT current credential in appropriate state, required. + OR One year clinical (medical) office experience, required. + OR Physician Assistant or Medical School student enrolled in accredited program or in gap year, required. + Additional Skills Required: + Ability to successfully complete generic and department specific skills validation and competency testing. + Basic computer skills for documentation.
