Clinical Audiologist
**Employment Type:** Full time **Shift:** Day Shift **Description:** Saint Alphonsus Medical Group in Boise, Idaho is seeking a dedicated and compassionate **Audiologist** to join our multidisciplinary team. **About the Position** As an Audiologist, you will provide a full spectrum of hearing healthcare services, including diagnostic evaluations, treatment planning, aural rehabilitation, and counseling. You’ll work closely with patients and their families to identify hearing impairments and develop personalized strategies that empower them to thrive in their daily lives. Your work will directly support our mission to provide exceptional care with a human touch, and you’ll be part of a collaborative, values-driven team that puts people first. **Key Responsibilities** + **Diagnostic Services:** Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations using advanced audiological tools and techniques. Accurately document findings and communicate results to patients, families, and referring providers. + **Treatment Planning:** Develop individualized rehabilitation plans based on patient goals, clinical findings, and best practices. Educate patients and families on available resources and support services. + **Hearing Aid Services:** Recommend, fit, and dispense hearing aids and assistive listening devices tailored to each patient’s unique communication needs. Provide ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. + **Patient Education & Counseling:** Offer compassionate guidance and education to help patients understand their hearing health and make informed decisions about treatment options. + **Clinical Excellence:** Demonstrate professional competency through adherence to clinical standards, participation in continuing education, and commitment to evidence-based care. + **Collaboration & Communication:** Maintain strong communication with physicians, staff, and external referrers. Participate in program development, quality improvement initiatives, and data analysis to enhance service delivery. + **Flexibility & Support:** Adapt to changing needs across service areas and contribute to a high-quality hearing healthcare experience for the community. **Required Qualifications** + Knowledge of Audiology normally acquired by completing a Masters or doctorate degree in Audiology + Idaho State Licensure in Audiology is required **or** certification of clinical competence in Audiology from the **American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)** . + Relevant experience consistent with the education and qualifications required for licensure and certification. **Why Join Saint Alphonsus?** At Saint Alphonsus Medical Group, we believe in treating the whole person—body, mind, and spirit.
