**Clinical Associate** – Pediatrics in Sewell, NJ (WTP) **Salary** : $85,000- $90,000 per year PTO, comprehensive benefits, 401(k) match BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a **Clinical Associate** to join our **Pediatrics Nursing** office in **Washington Township (Sewell), NJ** . In this hourly, office-based role, you will support field nurses and clients by coordinating high-quality clinical care, ensuring excellent service, and living out **The BAYADA Way** of compassion, excellence, and reliability every day. **Clinical Associate Responsibilities** As a **Clinical Associate** , you will: + **Support field staff onboarding & development** + Participate in interviewing, onboarding, and orientation of new nurses. + Coordinate and/or perform clinical skills checks and competency reviews. + Provide ongoing coaching and support to field clinicians to promote safe, high-quality care. + **Promote clinical quality & compliance** + Review clinical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance. + Help ensure care plans are up to date and reflect current client needs. + Assist with quality initiatives, incident follow-up, and performance improvement activities. + **Enhance client experience & outcomes** + Support timely scheduling and coordination of care in collaboration with the office team. + Partner with the Clinical Manager and Director to address changes in client condition or concerns. + Serve as a clinical resource for clients, families, and field staff, reinforcing The BAYADA Way in every interaction. + **Collaborate across the office team** + Work closely with recruiting, client services, and leadership to match the right nurse to the right client. + Participate in case conferences, office meetings, and training sessions. + Contribute to a positive, professional, and supportive team culture. **Qualifications** + Current **Registered Nurse (RN)** license in good standing in the state of **New Jersey** . + At least **2 years of recent clinical nursing experience** (home care, med-surg, critical care, or similar preferred). + Strong assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. + Demonstrated commitment to **compassion, excellence, and reliability** . + Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. + Comfort with basic computer skills and electronic documentation. + Ability to travel locally for occasional field/ supervisory visits as needed. **Schedule & Work Environment** + **Full-time, exempt** leadership role. + **Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm** , with flexibility based on client and team needs. + Participation in an **on-call rotation** as needed to support the team. **Benefits** BAYADA offers a comprehensive benefits plan, including: + Medical, dental, and vision coverage. + Paid holidays, vacation, and sick time. + 401(k) with company match. + Employer-paid life insurance. + Employee Assistance Program (EAP). + Additional voluntary benefits and support programs.
