Job Description
A client of Insight Global is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join the clinical operations team. This role is essential to ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering an exceptional experience for both providers and patients.
In this position, you will play a key role in supporting clinical workflows, maintaining a well-organized and welcoming environment, and assisting with a variety of tasks that keep the clinic running efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Assisting providers with day-to-day clinical needs
· Organizing and managing inventory and supplies
· Maintaining cleanliness and organization of clinic spaces and materials
· Preparing rooms for patient visits
· Supporting pre- and post-encounter patient care workflows
· Providing front desk support during peak hours and downtime
· Other duties as assigned

Skills and Requirements
· Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
· Minimum of 3 years in a medical or clinical environment; ideally behavioral health or psychology
· Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
· Highly organized and detail-oriented
· A proactive, self-starter attitude with a willingness to assist wherever needed
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
