Job TitleClinical Applications Specialist - Patient Care MonitoringJob DescriptionThe Role :Develop and execute an instruction program for the users, in order to maximise the independency of the user with regard to the operation of the system and choice of functions.
Customize the system to the specific wishes of the users, in close contact with project management and account management, in order to maximise the performance for each specific user.
The role takes care of implementation of trial installations (in cooperation with service), in order to get it working and to get the maximum information for evaluation by the product group & the use of each system, by regular contact with the users, in order to solve problems regarding the operation of the system or to adapt the system to changed user wishes. The role also takes care of demonstrations and presentations, where required, to stimulate the sales of the assigned equipment while keeping in close contact with the product group, in order to increase/maintain the application knowledge and be timely informed about new developments. The Responsibility:Provides post-sales clinical application trainings to ensure customers (e.g. end-users, technicians, operators) in the assigned district are properly trained to optimally use the medical equipment and software provided by Philips Healthcare, thus maximizing customer satisfactionProvides pre-sales support by promoting Philips Healthcare solutions during customer visits, product demonstrations, seminars and trade showsWorks as part of an account team to ensure modality results are reached according to account plans and targets(re-)Trains hospital staff in case of new product releases, upgrade and / or versions (changes) in the operating procedures of the equipment and softwareProvides required applications report on completion of all application visitsConducts regular visits to customers to obtain direct feedback from them about the quality of the training delivery and the customer satisfactionSupports applications trainings in the region where requiredTo succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experienceDegree level education or equivalentIn-depth knowledge and experience with Monitoring & Analytics/Therapeutic Care (MA/TC) products in the clinical environmentAt least 5 years’ working experience in clinical and/or nursing informatics fieldFluent in English, verbal and written, in addition to local languageExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organization and time management skillsExcellent customer and teamwork skillsWillingness to travelWhy should you join Philips?Working at Philips is more than a job.
