Your Role

In this role you will be focused on the delivery of training and support of the Radiography Informatics solutions to our customer base, whilst driving customer satisfaction through on-going product training, workflow assessment and product consultation. Implements solutions and delivers clinical consulting projects for healthcare customers, aids in development of new solutions and consulting methods, and contributes to the solution design and delivery activities. Healthcare consultants are involved in consulting engagements that are project-based (v. relationship-based).

You are responsible for:

Support strong clinical and physician adoption of Philips solutions.

Act as a trusted consultant throughout solution delivery, ensuring smooth and successful implementations.

Provide clinical consulting services, with or without accompanying product implementation.

Contribute to the development of new service offerings and product functionality.

Work within your specialty area (or across multiple specialties) to meet customer needs.

Configure Philips solutions to align with each customer’s clinical and operational workflows.

Analyze existing workflows and recommend changes needed to support new features or solutions.

Guide customers through testing, clinical integration, and validation of new functionality or workarounds.

Deliver coaching, education, and advanced training across multiple Philips solutions.

Lead change-management activities to support a smooth transition, including workflow reviews, testing plans, and comprehensive training.

Maintain required certifications and professional competence through ongoing training and seminars.

Identify and troubleshoot application issues, documenting findings and escalating potential defects where needed.

Actively participate in Philips’ application, education, and clinical communities by sharing insights and best practices.

Complete all required reports and ensure full compliance with Philips processes.

Required Competences:

Effectively structure problems, design solutions which the customer believes and advocates.

Efficiently coordinate project resources and tasks to create more leverage; enabling team members to focus more on customer deliverables

Communicate simply and persuasively to different customer audiences ranging from individual contributors to organizational leadership verbally and in writing, face to face, and from distance.

Quickly develop enduring relationships with customers at all levels to ensure project completion, customer success, and more business; earns respect of team

 

You’re the right fit if you have: 

A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Health Science, Business, Engineering) or equivalent experience.

At least 2 years of clinical or related experience in your specialty — or 5+ years of experience without a position-relevant degree.

Professional qualifications in Radiography, with strong clinical experience; MRI and CT experience is highly desirable.

Solid understanding of clinical workflows and hands-on experience with Philips imaging products.

Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to quickly understand needs and adapt your communication style.

Strong consulting, facilitation, and presentation skills, with confidence working alongside Senior Radiographers and clinical leaders.

A collaborative mindset — able to work independently while communicating effectively and contributing positively to the team.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
